1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of pixels and other services offered by MillionDollarMindBodySpirit.com or our agents ("We", "Us", "Our").
2. All references to dollars ($) in this document and on Our Website refer to US Dollars (USD).
3. In purchasing pixels or other services from Us, all purchasers ("You", "Your") agree to all Terms and Conditions contained in this document.
4. Through Your purchase of pixels, we grant You the right to have an advertising image ("Image") incorporated into the main 1000 x 1000 pixel grid which will appear on Our homepage www.milliondollarmindbodyspirit.com. Additionally, You are entitled to have a text message ("Text") not exceeding fifty characters in length which will normally be displayed when the visitor's mouse is located over Your Image. Additionally, You are entitled to have one web link ("URL") associated with Your Image. For full functionality, the visitor's browser must have JavaScript installed and enabled.
5. Unless You instruct us to remove Your Image, Text or URL, and provided that you do not breach any of these Terms and Conditions, Your Image, Text and URL will remain permanently on Our homepage throughout the lifetime of Our site, with no further payment from You to Us. This lifetime will continue at least until 25th January 2011.
6. The standard price of all pixels is $1 per pixel. We reserve the right to change the price of pixels at any time.
7. All applications for pixels must be paid in full in advance.
8. The minimum number of pixels that may be purchased is one hundred.
9. The maximum number of pixels that may be purchased in relation to any one URL or other single entity is ten thousand.
10. You may purchase more than one block of pixels, provided that each of these relates to a different URL or entity.
11. We shall personally review all applications for pixels. Only those which We deem relate to an interest in "Mind Body Spirit" will be accepted.
12. If Your application for pixels is not accepted by Us for any reason, We will give You a full refund of the purchase price.
13. We reserve the right to refuse applications for pixels without explanation.
14. All pixel locations shall remain Our property, and We retain all rights of ownership in these. You cannot sell Your pixel locations.
15. Your Image must be exactly the same size as the number of pixels purchased by You, and must be submitted to Us in gif, jpg or png format. Animated Images are not permitted.
16. Your Image, Text, and Website must not contain any illegal material, nor content which We deem to be of an adult or inflammatory nature.
17. Your Text may be in any language, but must utilize the standard English (Latin) character set. You agree to provide Us, at Your expense, with an English translation of any other language used, whether this appears in your Image, Text or URL.
18. By purchasing pixels, You declare that You have the necessary legal rights to Your Image, Text, and URL, and that these do not violate copyrights or trademarks held by any other person, entity or organization.
19. By purchasing pixels, you agree to pay all Our legal or other costs that may result from any actions resulting from breaches of copyright or trademarks in relation to Your Image, Text, or URL.
20. Once Your Image or Text or URL has been added to Our site, We will not in any circumstances give a refund, either in whole or in part, of any monies paid by You to Us in relation to Your purchase of pixels.
21. Throughout the lifetime of Our site You shall be entitled, for a payment by You to Us of $10, to change Your Image and/or Text at any time, but not more than once per week. If the address of Your Website changes, You are also entitled, for a payment by You to Us of $10, to change your URL.
22. Throughout the lifetime of Our site You shall be entitled to have Your Image, Text and URL permanently removed at any time. No charge is  made for this service. The pixels which You thereby release may be offered by Us for resale. You will not be given any refund or compensation and You will not be entitled to any proceeds from the resale of these pixels.
23. You may not replace your URL with one that links to a different website.
24. We will not be held responsible for any downtime that may affect Our site, whatever the cause, and we will not offer refunds nor pay compensation for any resulting reduction in traffic to Your site.
25. You shall not permit Your Website to redirect traffic to another location.
26. You shall not permit Your Website to be used for any illegal purpose.
27. You shall not use unsolicited email ("spam") to advertise Our site.
28. If You breach of any of these Terms and Conditions You will forfeit all rights to Your pixels. We will remove your Image, Text and URL and offer the forfeited pixels for resale. You will not be given any refund nor offered any other form of compensation.
29. You agree to permit Us to use at any time and place and in any form of media, without payment to You, Your Image as displayed within Our homepage for any legal purposes of advertising and promotion.
30. We reserve the right to suspend temporarily all new purchases and other transactions from time to time, including changes to Your pixels. In these circumstances You will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
31. In the event of the death or incapacity of Our owner or site manager, We reserve the right to suspend permanently all new purchases and other transactions, including changes to Your pixels. In these circumstances, You will not be entitled to a refund or compensation in relation to any purchase made prior to this event nor to any compensation resulting from Our failure to continue to offer changes to Your pixels following this event. Our homepage will continue to remain live until at least 25th January 2011.
32. These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time. You will be held to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions that applied at the time of Your purchase.
