Aren't you just jumping on the bandwagon like everyone else? Yes and no. We certainly believe in the value of this kind of advertising site for niche marketing. We are also personally and professionally committed to the "Mind Body Spirit" sector. Unlike most other pixel sites, we aim to offer a quality resource that has valuable Mind Body Spirit related content in addition to advertising links. What sites are suitable for Million Dollar Mind Body Spirit? We intend our site to become "The Visual Directory of the Holistic Internet". We will NOT accept sites with illegal, adult or inflammatory content, and will immediately remove any sites on which (in our opinion) such content later appears. No refund or other compensation will be given in these circumstances. The pixels will be forfeited and offered for sale to a new buyer. All websites should be in working order and must not cause our browsers to crash. We reserve the right to refuse potential purchases without explanation. A FULL REFUND will be given to all unsuccessful applicants. If you are unsure whether your site or other resource is likely to be accepted, please email us your details and we will be pleased to advise you. This should minimise the risk of a failed application requiring a refund.
I have more than one website. Can I buy more than one set of pixels.? Yes. There is no limit on the number of separate purchases that you can make.
Do I need a Website to purchase pixels? No. You might, for example, use your purchase to advertise books, or to promote a particular idea, philosophy, business, or other activity. If you do not currently have a website but intend to develop one, you can add the link later, without further charge (subject to our approval of the content of your site).
Aren't the pixels expensive? Not really, considering that your site will be advertised worldwide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A 10x10 pixel link costs only $100, which is around 5 cents a day over five years. Other means of web advertising (e.g., pay-for-click and pay-for-impression schemes) can be MUCH more expensive, less effective, and a nuisance to set up and maintain.
Are there any limits on the number of pixels I can purchase? The minimum purchase is 100 pixels (10 x 10). This equals one grid square on the main homepage. The maximum single purchase permitted is 10,000 pixels. All purchases must form a rectangular area made up of 10 x 10 blocks of pixels.
Can I reserve pixels now and pay for them later? No. All requests for pixels must be accompanied by full payment in advance. You will be refunded in full if your application fails for any reason.
What if I don't get the pixels I want? Requests for pixels are dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is high demand for pixels at a particular time, you may not get the pixels you have requested. In these circumstances, we will try to offer you an alternative set of pixels. If you do not want these, you will be given a full refund.
How do I pay? All our transactions are handled by PayPal, who provide secure transactions with payment protection and no charges for payers. You do NOT need a PayPal account to make payments - simply use your credit or debit card.
Are there any recurring costs or charges? Once you have paid for your pixels, your link remains permanently on the site with no further payment at all. If you wish to make any changes to your link, an administrative charge of $10 is made on each occasion.
How quickly will I be added to the site? We will normally aim to review potential purchases within 24 hours. Once you have been accepted, it may take another 24 hours to add your link. Delays may occur if we receive a high volume of applications over a short period of time. Occasionally there may be longer delays if we are away on business or holiday.
How long will the site be live and maintained? We intend to maintain the site for at least five years from the launch date, i.e., until at least 2011. We very much hope, however, that it will extend well beyond this and become a permanent site promoting Mind Body Spirit on the Internet. And you can become important part of this for as little as $100.
Is your web server reliable? Our site is hosted by GoDaddy.com, a leader in domain registration and web hosting. GoDaddy provides 24/7 support and security and is rated among the top hosting providers for reliability.
What is the bandwidth of the site? Our current hosting arrangements provide the site with a large 250GB monthly transfer. If this should prove insufficient, we will upgrade the site to a higher bandwidth.
Do you give refunds? Full refunds are given promptly to all unsuccessful applications. Once your application has been accepted, and your link added, we cannot give a refund under any circumstances.
Can I change the image or text? Yes. You can submit a new image or text at any time, but not more than once a week. Each change to your image and/or text is subject to an administrative charge of $10 (only one charge is made for a simultaneous change to both image and text).
Can I change the web link? If your current site moves to another address, we will make an administrative charge of $10 to implement this change. This charge includes any simultaneous change to your image and/or text. We do NOT permit changes that direct traffic to a different site from that of your original purchase.
Can I change the position of my link on the grid? No, but you can purchase another location on the grid if you wish to advertise your site in more than one location.
Can I upgrade? Yes, you can buy extra pixels at any time, but this will require relocating your position on the grid. You should purchase the new pixels as normal, using Buy Pixels. If your new order is approved, we will then refund the payment you made for your original pixels. There is no additional administrative charge for this service.
Can I use my web link to redirect traffic to another site? NO. We expressly forbid such redirection. If it comes to our attention that one of our purchasers is using the web link to redirect traffic in this way, we will immediately remove their link. The pixels will then be offered for sale to a new buyer. The original purchaser will NOT receive a refund or any other compensation.
What kinds of images and text can I use? All images must be sent to us in gif, jpg, or png formats and must be the exact size of the space you are purchasing. Animated images are not permitted. You must hold the copyright for your image and text, and they must not breach any trademarks. All images and text must be legal and decent, and appropriate for general viewing. We reserve the right to refuse images or text that, in our opinion, are unsuitable for whatever reason. Your text must use the standard English character set, but may be in a language other than English. You must, however, send us an English translation of your text. You must also send us an English translation of any non-English wording in your images. Displayed text is restricted to 50 characters.
Can I sell or release my pixels? You are not allowed to sell your pixels to anyone else. If you no longer require your pixels, you can email us (with your password) to request that we remove your link and release the pixels. We will then offer these pixels for sale to a new buyer. You will NOT receive a refund, nor receive any monies resulting from this new sale.
How will you promote your site? We shall use only legal methods to promote our site. We promise never to engage in spam, and we will immediately remove links to any of our advertisers who we discover are using spam to promote our site. Offending advertisers will forfeit their pixels and will receive no refund or compensation.
Does your site use pop-ups? No.
Can I link to your site? Of course! In fact, we ask all our purchasers to provide a link back to us on their sites, since this will benefit both them and us. However, you can link to us even if you do not purchase our pixels. Click for approved links.
